We're not just professionals - we are "your people" who will be empathetic companions on this journey.  With a collective experience of over 50 years in caring for women, our passion and expertise are fueled by our lived experiences.

Victoria Kirby, APRN MS is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Integrative Health and Menopause care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of New Hampshire in 1995. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing From Rivier University in 1999.

Kim Lovely, MPH RD LD CLC is a Registered Licensed Dietitian and a Certified Life Coach with an undergraduate degree in nutrition from Mount St Vincent University, a nutrition residency from The University of Toronto, a Master of Public Health from The University of Michigan, and a Certification as a Professional Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute. She provides Life Coaching and Nutrition services in person and virtually.
